13. Participation in the Affiliate Program
TRIP ITALIA SRL may offer an affiliate program that allows approved users (“Affiliates”) to promote the Website and eligible services through assigned tracking tools and receive commissions on qualifying referrals.
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to prior registration and approval by TRIP ITALIA SRL. Submission of an application does not create any right to participate.

16. Commission Structure and Dashboard Reference
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the commission rate, attribution rules, and cookie duration applicable to an Affiliate account are those displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard.
For example, the commission may be displayed as 20% and the cookie duration as 60 days, but these values may be updated from time to time.
To avoid the need for repeated amendments to these Terms and Conditions, the Affiliate agrees that the commercial conditions shown in the Affiliate Dashboard constitute the currently applicable affiliate conditions for that account.
Any updates published in the Affiliate Dashboard shall apply to future referrals and future qualifying transactions from the moment they are made available, unless otherwise expressly stated.
17. Qualifying Commissions and Validation
A commission shall be considered valid only where the relevant booking or transaction:

A commission is not deemed earned merely because it appears as tracked, pending, or estimated in the Affiliate Dashboard.
18. Pending, Confirmed, and Rejected Commissions
Where the Affiliate Dashboard distinguishes between pending, approved, confirmed, or rejected commissions, such statuses are indicative of the validation process.
Pending or tracked commissions do not create any immediate right to payment. A commission becomes payable only after it has been validated and approved by TRIP ITALIA SRL in accordance with these Terms.
TRIP ITALIA SRL reserves the right to reject, cancel, reverse, or adjust any commission where it determines that the underlying transaction does not satisfy the applicable requirements.
19. Affiliate Conduct and Promotional Restrictions
